Overview

Lucas Bell (Simon Gipps-Kent) is a lonely boy who lives with his wicked guardian Sir Randolph Murgatroyd (William Squire) in the crumbling mansion of Midnight Court. On the eve of his thirteenth birthday, a mysterious stranger arrives. Anne-Marie (Maxine Gordon) is a young and wilful French girl with a hidden and secretive past.
